On our last training we discussed how sales works via facebook and the biggest mistakes people make on selling via facebook using a case study of rain factor. Today, lets get a bit down to earth and really get to create a post worth  clicking…

TO MAKE PEOPLE CLICK OR COMMENT OR LIKE, YOU NEED TO PERSUADE THEM BY GRABBING THEM BY THE NECK.

PERSUASION SHOULD BE A PLEA STUFF, RIGHT?

BUT IT’S NOT SO ON SALES AND ENGAGEMENTS…

SO TO MAKE THEM YEARN AND GRASP TO HAVE A TASTE USE THE BELOW GUIDE:

1: Know your audience: your audience which would in turn be customers must be known by you 100%… Ranging from their likes to their dislikes. List at list 3 on each. Write them down…

 

2: Know their highest expectations: You should be able to know the exact things that will WOW them… Don’t be shy on saying too much, it’s a free world, but, you have to make sure your product has connection to the WOW factor.

 

3: Keep it simple and short: people are extremely lazy in reading promotional adverts. They just want to see the fun side of Facebook all the time… So, you don’t need to make it bulky. Let it have at most two full stop (.). Which means two sentences.

 

4: Hit their pain: Attracting people to see your post is telling them their pain or showing them funny thing(s). Everyone do want money, but it should be specific… Make the pain specific on a particular amount then on a particular product (that worries them) then offer solution. Example “Here is a company willing to teach you how to make #300k per month” that’s pain and solution on just a sentence… “Join group to learn how” offering solution.

5: DON’T DISCLOSE YOUR BRAND NAME: Say for instance you are into an MLM company, popular or not popular so many other people are already inviting people with that your company’s name… Why should I click when I already know that this is about ForeverLiving Products, H2i etc… Because I already know what it’s all about, I won’t click.

So your post should avoid your company’s name.

 

6: DON’T GIVE EXCESS DIRECT BENEFIT OF YOUR BUSINESS: This should be obvious as previously I said you should list their worries and pains, likes and dislikes… Those are the things you should target them with, say for instance money problem, car problem, fashion problem, needing something cheap etc yes these are real time problems you can grab people with to take a look and taste the pudding.

 

It’s about them, not about you or your product when it comes to attracting people to your group or website. So don’t add excess flavour about their benefits (BECAUSE THEY CAN EASILY GUESS THE PRICE)… But when it’s about their worries, they will not mind to click to know further. IN FACT, THEY WILL CLICK AND BE PATIENT FOR THE PAGE TO LOAD.

 

7: YOUR POST SHOULD HAVE A CAPTION: Very important… People scroll so fast, if your post should be a bit long, then let their be a hooky caption that will make them inquisitive. With this you created suspense and they will definitely read to know what it’s about. LET IT BE THE FIRST PAIN FACTOR AS A QUESTION!

 

8: FOLLOW THE TREND IN YOUR NICHE: each day got a new happening in your business. When you are up to date, you will be able to grasp exact worries that should work that day.
